Distance learning in ELL

I´m interested in collaborating with others on distance learning programs in English language learning (for students as opposed to teachers). I´m specifically curious about hours per week for teachers and learners (synchronous and asynchronous), assessment methods for evaluating the four skills and grammar, teacher assessment, rubrics, etc.
